We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2020, at the age of 89, Ethel Wengerd of Kouts, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ethel Wengerd to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jonas Birky and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Birky (Schantz); her husband J. Ivan Wengerd; her siblings, Harley Birky (Miriam) and Lila Good (Wilmer); and her daughter-in-law Jenny Wengerd (Roth).

She is survived by : her children, Kathy Willink (Dave) of Elkhart, IN, Ann Freyenberger (Doug), Dave Wengerd (Sherry), Doug Wengerd and Brenda Miller (Brad); and her sister Alice Nitzsche (Delmar) of West Point, NE..

Memorial donations, in honor of Ethel, may be made to The American Parkinson's Association of Staten Island, NY or Hopewell Mennonite Church, Kouts, IN.
