He is survived by : his parents, Heather Luczak (Thaxton) and Mike Luczak; his sister Blakely; his grandparents, Bradley Thaxton (Pam) and Cheryl Savich; his great-grandparents, Bonnie Thaxton, Judy, Ed Komyanek, Richard and Bonnie Jo Greiner; his uncles, Jonathan Luczak and Brandon Thaxton (Ana); and his aunt Danielle Burkett (Max).
