She was predeceased by : her mother Dorothy L. Elkins (McClure). She is survived by : her father Vernon Elkins; her children, Donovan Elkins (Randi) of Plymouth, IN, Ronald Blake Jr. (Megan) of La Porte, IN and Brittany Blake of La Porte, IN; her siblings, Randy Elkins (Jill) of La Porte, IN, Steve Elkins and Lisa Jones of La Porte, IN; and her grandchildren, Alivia, Sadie, Jade, Rosalynn, Maximus, Rose, Kayson, Ellawyn and Kaydence.

Memorial contributions may be made in Cynthia's name to the family in care of Haverstock Funeral Home.
