She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Wood and Mary Wood (Alderfer); her sibling's children, Lori Ann Dubbs and Roger Tanksley; and her brothers-in-law, Waylen Tanksley and Dave Emerson.

She is survived by: her children, Elicia Garske (James) of La Porte, Danielle Downs (Jammie) of Mill Creek and Brandon Dadlow of La Porte; her stepdaughter Kelly Dadlow of La Porte; her grandchildren, Noah Dadlow (Megan Cramm), Brock Mangold, Maiara Feasel, Louis Feasel, Cody Downs (Shelby Lawton), Hayden Downs (Kat Hughes), Claira Garske and Kimberlee Garske; her great grandchild Salem Dadlow; her siblings, Carol Tanksley of La Porte, Linda Plona of La Porte, Patricia Emerson of South Bend, Donnie Wood of West Lafayette and Lloyd Wood (Sue) of Rolling Prairie; her friend Annette Voorhees (Al); and her pet Magnum.
