He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Parsons of Rockville, MD and Michael Parsons of La Porte; his grandchildren, Autumn, Liam Vermette of Stillwell and Logan Yu of Rockville, MD; his mother Dorothy "Jo" Parsons (Jackson) of La Porte; and his siblings, LeaAnn Heims (John) of Walkerton, Jennifer Burton (Tim) of Knox and Steve Parsons (Judy) of Westville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
