She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Sr. Clark and Bernice A. Clark; her brother Robert Clark (Marlene); and her niece Janene Clark. She is survived by: her children, Sharon De Le Peña of Chicago, IL and Walter J. Bass (Deron Johnson) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandson Adrien De Le Peña of Chicago, IL; and her brothers, Phil Clark (late Kathleen) of Florida and James H. Clark, Jr. of Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many more great-nieces and great-nephews.
