She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron "Whitey" Thornburg and A. Kathryn Thornburg (Wetter); her brother Phil Thornburg; and her pets, Harley, Jetta and Falko.
She is survived by: her sons, Kyle Ahlgrim (Andrea) of La Porte and Tyler Ahlgrim of La Porte; her stepchildren, Angela Smith (Terry) of La Porte and Douglas Kiger, Jr. (Melissa); her grandchildren, Grace Ahlgrim of La Porte and Harrison Ahlgrim of La Porte; her brother Dave Thornburg (Debi) of La Porte; her sister-in-law Jan Thornburg of Rolling Prairie; and her pets, Maggie and Thor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
