She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Sampson and Edna A. Sampson (Tarnow); her husband Kenneth F. Gourley; and her brother Ernie Sampson. She is survived by: her daughters, Trina Evans (Danny) of La Porte and Christine Adams (William) of La Porte; her grandchildren, Matthew Evans (Erin) of Valparaiso, Kylene Slone (Brian) of La Porte, Erik Adams (Kendrick) of Mathison, MS and Brent Adams (Amy) of Arlington Heights, IL; and her nephew Wayne Sampson. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
