He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann Zandanel (Kovalak); his children, Valerie Geisman (Dennis) of Indiana and Nicholas Edward Zandanel (Shannon) of Illinois; his siblings, Lee (Leo) and Louise Bittenbring of Virginia; and his nephew Brian Troth (Semper Fi) of LaPorte Indiana. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
