It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alta Mae Seymour of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on July 14, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester Rainwater and Rhoda Rainwater (Wilson); her sons, Kerry and Kevin Seymour; and her sister Ruby Carlson.
She is survived by : her son Craig Seymour of Lafayette; and her grandchildren, Brad Seymour (Michele), Troy Seymour (Heather), Nikki Seymour and Corey Smith. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, July 26th 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Cemetery (1718 W 350 N, West Lafayette, IN 47906).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Almost Home Humane Society.
