It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Lee Leturgez of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on June 5, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Jospeh and Joanne Marie Leturgez (Griffin). He is survived by: his close friend Jerry Hopkins; his daughter Shannon; and his brother Paul Leturgez (Tammy) of Lafayette.
