It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur Frederick Kruggel III (Lafayette, Indiana), who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kruggel Jr. and Virginia Streff. He is survived by: his sons, Arthur Frederick (Fritz), Adam Joseph, Bartholomew Joseph, Alexander Joseph and John Bartlet (Heidi); his significant other Claudia Cantafio; his son Fritz (Susan); his grandchildren, Amaury, Benjamin, Gabriel, Willow, Eden and Kathleen; and his sisters, Kathy (Evans), Kim (Gregory Alexander) and Karla (Powell). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception (1207 Columbia St, Lafayette, IN 47901).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Tunnel-to-Towers Foundation and Wounded Warrior Project in Art's memory.
