He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur S. Flack and Gloria Flack (Farmer); and his brother Michael Flack. He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Schmid of Lafayette and Gayle Shackleford of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Shanna, Morgan, Madison Shackleford and Michael Schmid; and his great grandchild Phelix Schmid.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Almost Home Humane Society.
