She was predeceased by: her husband Fred; her daughter Jeanne Marie Lux Suan; and her grandson Frederick Blair Bauknight. She is survived by: her children, Bernadine, Steve Lux (Julie), Tim Lux (Diane) and Melanie Lux. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Bernie protected Fred with a vengeance and did all she could to keep him safe through the COVID-19 pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, do what Nana would do and put whipped cream on everything, blow leaves like nobody's business, kiss the special person in your life, and above all, smile.
