Betty Askren Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2020, at the age of 94, Betty Askren (Lafayette, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Viviane Earl and Alice Windle (Reed); her husband Calvin N. Askren; her son Thomas A. Askren; her daughter-in-law Josephine Askren Lafayette; her siblings, Doctor James Windle Lafayette, Howard Windle Indianapolis (Butch) and Joanne Windle Dickson Indianapolis; her sister-in-law Marge Askren Windle Lafayette; her son Gregg Pinkman Indianapolis (Bonny); and her nieces, Lori Pinkman Frey Lafayette (Tom) and Suzanne Pinkman Hoover (Don) of New Jersey. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, three great grand children, various nieces and nephews.
