It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billie M. Jackson Steele of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Darrell Steele; her son Mike Steele; her daughter-in-law Diane Steele (Berk); her parents, Wilburn, Sr. Jackson and Eunice Jackson; her parents-in-law, Robert and Clair Steele; her siblings, Wilburn, Jr., Charles, Richard, Bob and Mona Vee Totten; her daughter Terri Steele; and her grandchildren, Ian Hope and Clair Hope. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Interment will be at a later date in the Dayton Cemetery, Dayton, Indiana when weather/COVID permits.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to a local Alzheimer/Dementia group.
