She is survived by: her children, Javon Lloyd of Lafayette, Samuel Collins III (Madison Howard) of Lafayette, Darian Collins (Nikia Davis) of Mulberry and Shayna Collins of Lafayette; her sister Laci Thompson of Kokomo; and her grandchildren, Kali, Samuel, Khloani, Kobe and Xander.
