It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Ann Hazelbaker of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on July 6, 2021, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Williams; her grandparents, Delmar and Norma Finley; her uncle Rex; and her aunt Janet Stout.
She is survived by: her mother Karrin Williams (Finley); her sons, Kyle Cadwallader of Lafayette and Jacob Shales of Lafayette; her siblings, Torrie Archer (Rashea) of Lafayette and Stephanie Shockley (Chuck) of Battle Ground; her cousins, David Stout and Paige Finley; her uncle David; and her aunt Chris Finley.
