With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad A. Petry of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on July 31, 2020 at the age of 33. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles M. Petry (Mindy) of Lafayette and Michelle Warren of Lafayette; his son Bentley Petry Miller; his brother Joseph Petry; his grandparents, Kaye Petry, Byron Gilbert of Flora, Diane, Arthur Morgan of Lafayette, Keith and Margaret Warren of Leneza, KS.; and his stepbrother Rob Mathew of Lafayette.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or Toys for Tots.
