He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hatke and Margaret Hatke; and his brothers, Thomas C., David L. and James D. Hatke.

He is survived by: his spouse Shelley Underwood; his children, Erika D. Isabell (Richard) of Lafayette, Matthew K. Goodwin of Lafayette and Kyle W. Goodwin (Brandie) of Fairborn, OH; and his siblings, Jean M. Marshall of Lafayette, John F. Hatke (Penny) of Attica, Dennis G. Hatke (Vickie) of Lafayette and Mary A. Shonkwiler (Thomas) of Monroe, TN..

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Almost Home Humane Society or charity of your choice in Chuck's memory.
