He was predeceased by: his father Charles Henry Scott Sr. Charles; his grandparents, Arnold, Mildred Scott and Isaac Hall; and his sibling's children, Sierra Kilmer and Liam Kilmer.

He is survived by: his mother Annamarie Scott (Hall) of Reynolds; his spouse Harmony O'Neill; his children, Hannah Scott of Lafayette, Devin Scott of Lafayette, Brian Westbrook of Lafayette, Kaleigha Westbrook of Lafayette, Samantha, Nichole Hunt of Westfield and Molly; and his siblings, Justina Kilmer (Tommy) of Lafayette and Steve Scott (Dana) of Lafayette.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with medical expenses.
