He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Buckles Sr. and Dorothea E. White Buckles; his former spouse Sandy Gay Hinton; his daughters, Diana Lynn Ringen and Angel McGlothlin; his siblings, Donald C. Buckles Jr. and Joyce Loy; his grandson Jacob C. Farrell; and his great grandchildren, Addyson and Madyson Farrell.
He is survived by: his children, Melody Martin, Becky Farrell (Kelly), April Minor, Robin Valentine (Rich), Jacki Buckles, Tricia Hinton and Charles R. Buckles Jr. (Glenda); and his sisters, Beverly Nelson and Donna Bowyer (Dick). He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
