It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clyde Emil Watkins (Lafayette, Indiana), born in Bloomington, Indiana, who passed away on February 2, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Watkins and Bessie L. Watkins (Bingham); his former wives, Rosemary Watkins (Flake) and Lillian Ann Watkins (Rock); his son Clyde Edward "Butch" Watkins; and his siblings, Lester "Gene" Watkins, Delores Sullivan and Glapha Watkins.

He is survived by: his wife Lila Watkins (Hawkins); his children, David Watkins (Evelyn) and Pamela Sheets; and his stepchildren, Andrew McCarthy and Lila Love (Stephen).

The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Christ Memorial Temple Church, 3801 Union Street, Lafayette, Indiana 47905.
