She is survived by: her brother Lawrence P. Halsema (Mary Ann) of Lafayette; and her sibling's children, James Halsema, Marcy Engles, Duane, Douglas, Andrew Halsema, Andrea, Jacob and Beth Memmer.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or charity of the donor's choice in Colleen's memory.
