He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Mays of Washington and George "Russell" Mays; and his brothers, Donald and Bruce. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon, Veda, Vickie, Georgetta, Maryann, Texie, Joyce and Errol. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
