He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mae Lewellen and Herbert Alvarez. He is survived by: his parent Margarita Lewellen MacDonald; his grandparents, Otto Lewellen and Lynn Alvarez; his sister Alexandria MacDonald; his aunts, Mistie Alvarez (Roger), Deontionette Monohan (Matt) and Chelsea Lewellen; his uncle Otto Lewellen II (Pat); and his brother Herbie Alvarez.
