David W. Mann Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2021, at the age of 58, David W. Mann of Lafayette, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wayne and Helen Mann (Wininger). He is survived by: his daughters, Kala Huckstep (Ben) of Westfield and Whitney Jacobs (Cody) of Delphi; his sister Joyce Cundiff (Warren) of Louisville, KY; and his grandchildren, Ali and Owen Huckstep.
