She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Shoaf and Gladys Shoaf; her sisters, Barbara Shoaf Norwood, Shirley Shoaf Floyd (George) and Kathy Shoaf Moore; and her nephews, Thomas Dale Feeney and Michael Lee Floyd.

She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Shoaf Dickey; and her sibling's children, Paula Dickey Hall, Jodi Dickey Hudson, Cindy Dickey Marin, Larry Norwood and Rick Norwood.

Per Donna's request, there will be no service, however the family would like you to consider donating to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation http://www.pulmonaryfibrosis.org.
