She is survived by: her husband Jesse Clifford Lewis, Jr. (Cliff) of Lafayette, IN; her sons, Jeffrey Clifford Lewis, Joshua, Christian Lewis and Michael Joseph Lewis; her siblings, Thomas Rastovski (Lynne) of Demotte and Patricia Laiche (Ray) of Michigan; and also, Chance Heasty of Lafayette, IN and Emma Mock of Sheboygan, WI.
