It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Schurr (Lafayette, Indiana), born in Remington, Indiana, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lucterhand and Matilda Geib; her husband Raymond Schurr of West Point, IN; and her siblings, Arthur Lucterhand (Ruth), Viola Seeger (Bob), Sylvia Shalkhauser (Armin), Roy Lucterhand (Clara), Orville Lucterhand (Lenora), Mabel Lucterhand, Fred Lucterhand (Eula), Ester Meents (Myron) and Denneth Lucterhand (Virginia).

She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Pollard (Daryl) and Joyce Hannah (William); her grandchildren, Nicole Plowman (Martin), James Hannah (Caitlin) and Katilin Hannah; and her great grandchild William C. Hannah. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
