It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanor Ruth Wilburn of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brown and Anna Brown (Kochert); her former husband Norman Robinette; and her sister Betty Gregory (Norman). She is survived by: her husband Rudell; her children, Thomas Gick of Lafayette, Mary Hiers (Kirby) of Tampa, Shirley Holsworth (Thomas) of Jasper and Karen Lawrence (Jim) of Evansville, Indiana; her stepchildren, Rudell Wilburn Jr. (Marion) of Lafayette and Donna Hall (Raymond) of Earl Park; and her sister Elsie Mills (John) of Brookston. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Indiana Veterans Home or American Legion Post 492.
