She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brummett and Hazel Brummett Copple (Stark); her husband John Edward Hoshaw; and her siblings, Russell, William, Arza, Leslie, Donald, Elsie Seaman, Sarah Hartwig, Vivian Summitt and Fern Beckelheimer.

She is survived by: her children, Devin S. Hoshaw (Angela) of Lafayette, Bret A. Hoshaw (Kelly) of Indianapolis and Tanya Hoshaw of Lafayette; her sister Margaret Coggins of Lafayette; and her grandson Erand Hoshaw (Shal).

Memorial Contributions may be made in Sally's name to either the Alzheimer's Association or Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
