He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Hitze (Jacob) of Lafayette and Kaitlyn Morehouse (Matthew) of Lafayette; his siblings, Bill Dolk of Chesterton, Lucia Dolk of Chesterton and Linda Dolk of Chesterton; and his grandchildren, Lilly, Cassie, Isaac and William.
