It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Y. Reichart Jr. of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Tippecanoe, Indiana, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Y. Reichart and Lois Reichart (Jewett). He is survived by: his wife Jane Barnett; his children, Cindy Degolyer (Mike) of Lafayette, Ron Reichart (Dena) of Lafayette, Jon Reichart (Shelly) of Lafayette and Sally Carlson (John) of Westfield, IN; his grandchildren, Matt DeGolyer (Courtney), Mark DeGolyer (Amy), Todd Reichart (Shelby), RJ Reichart (Elizabeth), Katie Ayersman (Kyle), Cody Reichart (Layne), Ella Carlson and Ava Carlson; his great grandchildren, Corbin, Tess DeGolyer, Tatum, Pierce, Dune Reichart, Ramsie, Nixie Reichart, Brynn Ayersman, Jaxon and Mason Reichart; his siblings, Marilyn Hammack and Tom Reichart; and his sister-in-law Becky Barnett.
