He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Patrick and Louise Patrick (Fuess); his sister Susan; and his son Michael Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Kate Patrick of Lafayette; his children, George Patrick (Lisa) of Crown Point and Anne Patrick (Ed Bartkus) of Zionsville; his brother Carl Patrick (Terry) of Oswego, NY; and his grandchildren, Charlie, Ellie Bartkus, Owen and Liam Patrick.
