George J. Urbanus Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George J. Urbanus of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on November 20, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johannes Urbanus and Margaret Urbanus (Allmendinger); and his siblings, Truis Spetter, Gre Urbanus, Gaido and Daan Urbanus.
He is survived by: his wife Deanne B. G. M. Urbanus of Lafayette; his children, Jeroen "Jerry" Urbanus (Jeri) of Indianapolis, Daniel "Danny" Urbanus (Yuliia) of West Lafayette and Michelle Gauvin of Plainfield, IN; and his siblings, Joop Urbanus, Ria Urbanus, Lidy Sims and Wil Urbanus. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
COVID restrictions will be observed and the service will be live streamed on Fisher Funeral Chapel's Facebook page.
