He is survived by: his son Mike Kingma (Amy) of Lafayette; his brothers, Fred Kingma (Dee) of Lafayette, Tom Kingma (Kathy) of Brookston, Bill Kingma (Ferry) of Illinois and Steve Kingma (Bretta) of Lafayette; and his grandson Russell Kingma.
