He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Wood and Betty Wood (Grounds). He is survived by: his children, Harry Paul "PJ" Wood Jr. of West Lafayette, Charlie Wood of Gospart, IN, Ken Hodgin (Crystal) of Kokomo, Jason Hodgin (Kristen) of Frankfort, Christopher Hodgin (Stella) and Alana Fox (Rick) of Indianapolis; his sisters, Gayle Smith of Martinsville and Anna Hicks (Jeff) of Martinsville; his close friend Chris Dicks; his grandchildren, Mason Clingenpeel, Jonathan Ewing, Owen Seabolt and Isabelle Summerfield; and also, Brandy Summerfield (Jason), Audrey Brown (Mickey), Jesse Dicks (Jessica) and Damon Dicks. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be directed to any mechanics school in memory of Paul.
