Hazel Marie Fortner Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Estel Ray Surber and Dorothy Mae Brooks; her husband Landon Fortner; her sister Jeanette Surber; and her son-in-law Tony Casey.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Williams (Jeff) of Lafayette, Sandy Casey of Battle Ground, Keith Fortner (Melinda) of Lafayette, Pam Lucas (Randy Kennedy) of West Point and Kim Dowell (Gary) of Lafayette; and her sister Ruth Mcnew of Middlesboro, KY.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
