She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Felix and Helena "Helen" Felix (Niccum); and her husband Herbert Rutledge. She is survived by: her daughters, Tira E. Smith (Mark) of Cutler and Jennifer Matthews; her grandchildren, Alexandra Clayton, Jalynn Cooper, Kelsey Matthews and Haley Carter; and her brother Larry Felix of Stockwell.
