He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Myron Taylor (Mike) and Letitia Foley Taylor; his former wife Virginia May Grossner; his wife Patricia Ann Metzinger (Terry Deno); his sister Susan Dobiecki (Terry) of Cedar Lake, Indiana; his nephews, John Dobiecki of Cedar Lake and Mike Taylor (Sherrie) of Morris; his children, Valerie Braaksma (Kevin), Michelle Martin (Ron) of Newburg, Indiana, Brian "Mac" McDaniel (Emily), Jennifer Bennett, Nicole McConnell (Jeff) and Kathleen Hoey (Chad); his grandchildren, Miranda Wirtz (Ryan), Justin Bennett (Helena), Wesley Martin (Alicia), Emmett Albertson (Jess), Landon McDaniel (Lauren), Preston McConnell, Marybeth McDaniel, Addison McConnell, Rebeccah Hoey and SarahBeth Hoey; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Eden, Savannah Wirtz, Justin, Josie, Jolene Bennett, Roland Martin and Sawyer Ann Albertson; his brother Robert Taylor; his parents-in-law, Leonard and Lucille Metzinger; his nephew Charles Dean Delaney; his son-in-law David Lee Bennett; and also Marie Taylor of Morris, Illinois.
There will be a private family service due to COVID-19.
