He is survived by: his former wife Sandra "Sandy" Marsh; his wife Sandra Oswalt of Lafayette; his sons, James Oswalt, Jr. of Lafayette and John Oswalt (Kristina) of Lafayette; his granddaughter Alilexus Oswalt; his siblings, Tom Oswalt (Sharon) of Franklin, IN, Sandy Carrico of Lafayette and Ron Oswalt (Vicki) of Florida; his grandchildren, Kelsey Cohen (Brett), Emily Zanker (Jeff), Zophia Oswalt, Geffen Oswalt and Corrine Oswalt; and his great grandchild Harrison Cohen.
