Jan D. Woltz Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2021, at the age of 71, Jan D. Woltz of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jan D. Woltz to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Dellinger and Mary L. Dellinger (Carlson); and her brother Mark Dellinger. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" C. Woltz Jr.; her children, Kindra W. Corbin (Keith), Amanda Garner (Jim) and Robert Woltz, III (April) of Lafayette; and her brother Barton Dellinger (Karen) of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Masks are requested to be worn as well as social distancing.
