It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janie Ruth Keck of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Barbara Faye Johnson (Owens); her husband George Thomas Keck; and her son James "Jimmy" Foster. She is survived by: her children, David Johnson (Angie) of Mulberry, Bill Keck of Lafayette, Charlotte Atwell (Lon) of Clarks Hill and April Keck of Lafayette; her stepmother Helen Johnson; and her siblings, Dave Johnson (Carla), Larry Johnson (Stacey) of Tulsa, OK, Steve Johnson (Sharman) of Lafayette, Mike Johnson (Whitney) and Dale Johnson (Kathy). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
