Jay C. Reynolds Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2020, at the age of 55, Jay C. Reynolds (Lafayette, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his daughter Madison; his wife Liz; his mother Chloe; his sister Tina Herendeen (Rick); his nieces, Haley and Hannah; and his stepchildren, Eric Hardy (Angie), Kristen Clute (Jeff), Angie Davis, Brett Hardy and Stephanie Hardy. He is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren, and his faithful dog.

A celebration of Jay's life will be held at a later date in light of the current pandemic restrictions.
