Carmichael of Monticello, Indiana; his wife Kathy Carmichael (Duzan) of Alva, Florida; his son Jeffrey "Troy" Carmichael (Rachael) of Crestwood, Kentucky; his granddaughters, Sarah Carmichael of Crestwood and Violet Carmichael of Crestwood, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Aaron McCormick (Lee Anne) of Brookston, Indiana and Andrea Miller (Ryan) of Bloomington, Indiana; his grandchildren, Branden Shockley of Delphi, Donald Shockley (Kathyn Greenawalt) of Maumee, Cole Miller of Bloomington, Andrew Miller of Bloomington and Hallie Miller of Bloomington, Indiana; and his great grandchild Adalynn Shockley of Maumee, Ohio..
