He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald J Booth and Beverly A Booth (Hamilton); his wife Melissa Anne Skiver; and his daughter Jessica Fisher. He is survived by: his stepmother Charlotte Totten of Monticello; his brothers, Don (Cheryl) of Cutler, Lee of Dayton, Terry (Linda) of Kokomo and Henry (Lindsey) of Monticello; and his grandchildren, Ty and Ryan Fisher.
