She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Snoeberger and Janice Snoeberger (Farrell). She is survived by: her brothers, Gene W. Snoeberger (Tanya) of Williamsport and Robert W. Snoeberger of West Point. She is also survived by 3 great nieces and 5 great nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Legion Post #11 Ladies Auxiliary, 40 & 8 LaFemme's, Cabane #364 and Community Cancer Network in Joellen's memory.
