He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Cusick and Evelyn M. Cusick (Barlow). He is survived by: his wife Virginia M. "Ginny" Roe; and his daughters, Patricia Crumley (Harold) of Lafayette, Mary Rollins (Geary) of Roanoke, IN, Alice Hallett (Marc) of Lafayette, Evelyn "Lynn" Stevenson (Gary) of Lafayette and Donna Cusick of Ft. Wayne. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of usual remembrances, memorial contributions may be directed to the Community Cancer Network.
