He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Roller and Doris Roller (French); and his siblings, Alice Hill, Jim, Tom, Charles and Clarence.

He is survived by: his sibling's children, James Donald Roller and Leanne Warthan; and his sister-in-law Patricia L. Roller.
